At Sante graine de vie, we want you to shop with confidence.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

• The product is damaged upon delivery.

• You receive the wrong product.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In their original packaging

• With all tags attached

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect size selection by the customer.

• Used or washed products.

• Clearance or final sale items.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Sante graine de vie will bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
